Story Summary

The film begins with a regular commercial flight travelling across the ocean. Everything seems normal until the plane enters a powerful storm. When the aircraft finally makes it through, the crew cannot contact modern air traffic control.

Instead, they receive radio communication from 1940 France. Confused and frightened, the pilots try to land the plane safely. Once they touch the ground, they realize they are in the middle of World War II.

As soldiers surround the plane, the passengers must deal with fear, danger, and the possibility of never returning home. The crew must find a way to repair the aircraft, escape the war zone, and attempt to fly back into the storm to return to their own time.
