Story Summary

Connor, an undercover operative, enters the Sprawl disguised as a convict. Soon, he proves himself in fights against gangs and impresses influential figures like Baltimore Bob and bartender Jane. As Connor qualifies for the Death Race, his secret identity is exposed, and Frankenstein challenges him directly in the deadly race.
With Jane’s life at stake, Connor must fight not just for survival but also to defeat Frankenstein in the most dangerous race ever. In a final showdown, Frankenstein is killed, and Connor takes on the mask, becoming the new ruler of the Sprawl.
